Bull*** Carriers Feed You - Mathew Mulholland & Remington Huggins
52m
You probably know Mathew and Remington from their show, "Listen to this Bull" where he dives into the BS that carriers feed contractors and policyholders.
Well, they did a full-blown presentation giving contractors and policyholder examples of ways that carriers try to hurt their consumers and contractors.
About Mathew: Mathew Mulholland is the founder and President of Allgood Adjustments, a nationwide Public Adjusting firm based out of Atlanta. Mathew finds giddy passion in educating policyholders, contractors, and other public adjusters on the complexities of his industry in a way that isn’t as boring as it is to read Professional Bios. Mathew supplies the industry with actionable know-how through his quirky yet insightful video series “Listen to this Bull,” where he discusses common issues encountered within the industry that highlights the absolute pile of “BULL” that insurance companies feed to policyholders and their advocates.
Before becoming the world’s most interesting PA with the weirdest hat, Mathew worked as a roofing contractor where he discovered his unique ability to carry a coffee mug on a 12/12 pitch making everyone nervous around him (don’t tell his wife). His ability to overturn the most difficult claims turned into an exciting and fulfilling carrier as a PA. I can … Mathew can turn the most boring and confusing policy provision into an entertaining yet surprisingly simple explanation. He has always given his time and information for free with an Open-Source attitude. You might think he is special, and you’re right. He is also quite dashing and very humble. You’d probably like him enough to want to have a beer with him if you could get over how incredibly attractive he is. But, alas… that’s impossible.
Mathew is currently serving his state as the President of GAPIA (Georgia Association of Public Insurance Adjusters) where he leads the organization on their mission to educate Public Adjusters on ethical business practices and maintain direct working relationships with the Insurance Commissioner’s office. Mat actively continues his work on educating and improving the industry through GAPIA and through online Content to the best of his ability with hopes to better the industry through legislation and regulation for his state. He also maintains an online forum where industry professionals that work in GA can collaborate, the Georgia Restoration Collaboration. Georgia has opened many doors for him and ultimately has led him to become an industry leader in his field.
