Joseph is the owner and lead marketing trainer at Contractor Dynamics, the roofing industry's marketing training company. Their core training program is Roofing Sales Accelerator, which teaches roofing companies and sales reps how to leverage social media to sell more roofs, more consistently.

Joseph worked in operations and sales in his family's construction business for 12 years, as a 6th generation family member. He then combined his background in construction with his passion for business and marketing to start Contractor Dynamics in 2012.

Over the past 8 years, Joseph and his team have helped hundreds of roofing and contracting companies create more predictable growth by leveraging social and digital marketing.

Joseph lives at the Jersey Shore with his wife, Alyssa, and their two children, Hunter and Serafina. He enjoys running, surfing, and cooking.
