Graham Dessert has an extensive background in construction. He started out painting houses in high school as a summer job, which steadily grew into a career for Graham as he went through college. Graham started his first business at age 20, growing his employee base from 1 to 31 employees. Graham closed his business down in 2004 to work for a national painting company as a franchise developer, where he gained the experience of hiring, training and developing hundreds of employees. He was able to grow his division from a handful of employees to over 150 in the first 6 months of work.
Graham founded Roofing101 in 2008 which now has 10 different locations in 6 different states and has a full executive team, including CEO Takuya Davis, that runs operations.
Now, Graham has developed the brand Roofing101 with a different standard. His mission as Chief Visionary Officer is to lead a company that makes the world a better place. Graham’s long term vision is to create a legendary experience for people inside and outside the company.
Over the last 5 years Graham has completed a season of semi-pro football, completed SealFit 20x and Kokoro, completed Sparta300 retracing the steps of King Leonidis and the 300 spartans from Sparta to Thermophaye, completed the Grand Canyon Rim2Rim2Rim, completed As Many Peaks As Possible in CO, competed in Crossfit competitions, trained with Crossfit Invictus, and is now a few dozen MURPHS away from completing the MURPH365
Graham is a soon to be grandpa, married with five children, and resides in Carlsbad California. He enjoys outdoor activities, good music, ideas on how to make the world a better place, and loves a good story.
